CROSSFIT

CrossFit is functional fitness. It is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements performed at an intense level. These movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

Breakfast Club

A hybrid of CrossFit and HIIT. Weightlifting and CrossFit movements paired with HIIT to get your heart pumping and your body moving in the early morning hours. Breakfast Club is a 45 minute class.

Yoga

Improve your posture, balance, and coordination! Practice physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, positive thinking and meditation in this class.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout.  HIIT combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts, alternated with moderate movement or even short rests.

Kids CrossFit

This is for young adults and aspiring youths that want to improve fitness.
They learn muscle development, mind/body connection, and positive mental athletic engagement...
all while having fun!

Body Smash

A class designed to work your entire body in 60 min. Circuit training style with a mix of cardio, bodyweight movements, and weighted movements. Great way to kickstart your day!

On-Ramp

On-Ramp is a introduction to CrossFit. It is 6 classes with a coach designed to introduce you to the CrossFit movements. This required course teaches you safety and other important information for you to effectively and safely incorporate into the main CrossFit classes.
